Shop Policies

Welcome to my shop! I deal solely in body jewellery, studs, rings, tunnels, etc., so I am sure there is something here for everyone. If you have any enquiries regarding jewllery that is not advertised, please contact me as my shop currently advertises but a small collection of my available stock. Please note: All items are individually priced unless expressly stated that it is a pair. Most photos feature one or more of the same item, this is for convenience as the customers may see the item from different angles or the choice of colours available.


All orders are sent by either first class airmail or registered post with a tracking number. The registered post is more expensive but you can track the progress of your order at any time and so have an approximate date of arrival. The method of post is at the discretion of the customer, However if standard post is chosen and the item does not arrive for whatever reason, I cannot be held responsible. I ship worldwide through An Post postal service.

Please be aware that international orders (any country outside Ireland or the UK) may take 3 days to one month as the postal service varies from country to country and even state to state.

United States snd Canada 4-15 working days
to Australia up to two weeks

When ordering, please ensure the address you list is the address you want the order sent to as I regret I am unable to post to an address given after the initial order. I have had so many instances of customers not receiving their orders, even by registered post, because they gave an incorrect address or did not leave a forwarding address, PLEASE pay attention to this as I can not be held responsible if you give a wrong address. Thank you for your attention and your custom.

Refunds and Exchanges

Please choose carefully when ordering, due to the nature of items sold, I regretfully cannot accepted returned items. This is to protect you, the customer, as I am sure for hygiene reasons you would not want an item that another has used, no matter how much it has been cleaned.
I will however refund (or replace) in the event that an item was damaged on receipt (if I am contacted within seven days) on production of a photo showing the damaged item, this way the item will never be used again, in keeping with my hygiene policy.

GDPR Privacy Policy

In order to be GDPR compliant the following is to advise customers on the use of any data they have supplied to my shop.

To fulfil your order, you must provide me with certain information (which you authorised Wix to provide to me), such as your name, email address, postal address, payment information, and the details of the product that you’re ordering. You may also choose to provide me with additional personal information (for a custom order of jewellery, for example), if you contact me directly.

This information is used by me solely for the purpose of a sales transaction. This data is not sent by me to a third party of any description, neither is it used by me to send newsletters or advertisements through email or post to any of my customers. I do not used a courier company, all orders are personally posted by me, therefore there is no transferring of customer data to any party in this aspect of fulfilling the sales transaction either. The data provided by customers stays on record on the Wix platform until they personally delete it. Please see Wix Privacy Policy #12 RETENTION for more.
